Dentist time...

This past week it was dentist time...Brady did awesome and Mason did how I figured he'd do, ha ha!  But luckily it was a really good visit all in all.  

This guy was SO excited about going to his appointment.  He even said that his appointment was his 'special day'...ha ha!  Let's hope he continues the enthusiasm he's had for the dentist in the years to come!

Beating the Winter Blahs...

Last weekend we filled our time with lots of activities to beet the blahs...On Saturday we had a birthday party for our friends' little girls Quinn.  Brady misses playing with her (they live in our old neighborhood) and both boys had a ton of fun at her part at The Playground!  It was great for them to burn off some energy.  And of course Becky had made some amazing cupcakes (she made Mason's birthday cake last year--yumm-o!).  Here are a few phone pics.

Well I shouldn't have said that we all are on the mend...Andy went to the doctor on Wednesday, I went on Thursday and on Friday it was Brady's turn (ear infection)..Aghh!  This weather!  :-)

I think Mason is wishing for warmer weather too.  He's resorted to playing with grilling utensils!

Just surviving...

This winter has been ROUGH!  We've just been trying to get through it.  We've had a lot of sickness...Andy had Influenza, Mason's has had a couple viruses, Brady has had double ear infection and I've battled some severe sinus infections.  I'm really hoping we've turned the corner and are past all the illness.  With all this going on, we've been laying pretty low.  Andy and I had a great weekend get-a-way to Minneapolis, we've had friends over to decorate V-day cookies and play, done some planning for finishing our basement and going outside when it's been bearable (which has been close to never!).  I haven't taken many pictures either...lame!  On our weekend in MN, we just wanted to enjoy the time and each other and not worry about pics...so I guess that mentality has continued a bit!  But here are a few snapshots of the past few weeks.

Brady was the 'guest speaker' at one of the High school games.  He actually Welcomed everyone to the game...he said 'Welcome to the game Everybody!!'.  It was SO cute!
