Little Stinkers

Our two boys are always keeping us on our toes.  Mason loves to make a bee-line for the FAITH blocks we have and the Mediacom receiver.  He will make his way toward these and we'll say 'Mason' and he turns around and laughs cuz he knows he's not supposed to do that.  Now he will even take a few crawling steps, stop, turn around and look at us...waiting for us to say 'No No'...so funny!

For Real Friday--Life with Boys

To say our house is chaos most days is an understatement.  Life with a 4 year old and 10 month old (both boys at that) can be pretty crazy (and exhausting!!).  We go through phases of good behavior and bad behavior, good sleeping night and horrible sleeping nights...such is life with kids!  I refuse to paint this super rosy picture that our kids are perfect, always well-behaved and good listeners.  Brady has spent lots of time in this corner...his 'Tine Out' spot...Aghh!

Life with boys is never dull and I feel like our house is never clean!!  But I'd rather spend my time soaking up this crazy time then worrying about my house being spotless...cuz let's be honest, the second I pick up toys, they want to get them back out!



Monkey Joes

A week or so ago Andy and Brady met up with Brad and the boys at Monkey Joes!  I know the boys all had a great time and then went out for frozen yogurt afterwards.  It was a perfect day for Brady!  He loved it!

10 Months Old

On the 12th our little guy turned 10 months old!  We're in double digits...I can't believe it!  I've already started planning his 1st birthday party.  We're going with a theme that he's obsessed with--Mickey Mouse Club House.  Any time the music for that show starts, he lights up and gets excited...he loves his Mickey!

 

Our little guy is scooting everywhere...a cross between an army crawl and a scoot.  It's too funny and he's fast!!

He is currently working on 3 new teeth and started meds for a nasty ear infection.  Poor guy has been very unhappy since Friday.  But he's getting better!!

He is also babbling like crazy and loves when you copy him!!

He is our little ray of sunshine and we love him so much!!

Our Valentine's Day

We had a great Valentine's Day.  Brady was very excited for Valentine's Day this year.  He had a daycare party, a Preschool party and we had a family party that night.  He got lots and lots of goodies and candy!  We got him a heart shaped pizza for dinner and he got to open his Valentines from us which were mostly bath toys (boy is obsessed with baths right now) and Preschool workbooks which he loves to do!

Andy made Valentine's very special as well.  He planned a great night out for us on Saturday.  He got a babysitter and made reservations at the restaurant that we had our first date, Nick's Bar and Grill.  It was as yummy as I remember and we had a wonderful date night while Brady got to play with the babysitter, which he loves!  We hope you all had a great V-day too!

Jamaica in Pictures

On January 30th, we headed to Jamaica with the Fuhrman's and Water's.  We had such a great time!  The weather was perfect (85 and sunny), our resort was awesome (good food too, bonus!), everyone was so friendly and we really enjoyed ourselves.  The boys stayed with Grandma & Grandpa and Nana & Papa and had lots of fun while Andy and I were able to get away, relax and spend our days in the sun!  Here's our trip in pictures...sorry for the quality--we had our small Olympus with us...oh well!

January Christmas

A couple of weeks ago we headed up to Tom and Sandy's home for a Cathcart/Anderson Christmas.  We try to get together every year in January when all of the rush from the holidays are over.  It was great to see everyone and the boys had lots of fun playing with all the kiddos!  Mason and Brockelyn are just a few months apart and had fun 'hanging out'.
